The Better Business Bureau issued warnings to potential timeshare customers of Your New Tennessee, a real estate company claiming to be based out of Nashville with timeshare properties in Mexico to sell. However, consumers buying a timeshare have a different story to tell.
Another cautionary tale to timeshare consumers where a company continuously scams potential timeshare owners out of tens of thousands of dollars by promising to sell them a timeshare but instead took their money and disappeared.
The exact location of the company is unknown. A Nashville news station attempted to find the real estate company by visiting the location listed on its website. However, there was no sign indicating the company had ever operated out of that location - another red flag for potential timeshare owners.
After receiving numerous complaints surrounding the company's failure to provide services following payment from customers, the Better Business Bureau advised potential customers of the dangers of doing business with the fraudulent timeshare resale company.
